Since the 1970s, three disruptive technological revolutions powered by hardware, software and operating systems, and mobile phones have profoundly influenced economic development and social life of the human society. The fourth revolution is around the corner, which will be driven by the powerful artificial intelligence technology. Artificial intelligence will usher us into a new era and become indispensable to us in the next decade just as today’s smart phones. 本次“大师课堂”力邀常博逸先生担任演讲嘉宾。常博逸先生现任罗兰贝格企业管理公司全球首席执行官，同时负责亚洲区业务。常博逸先生是公司重组、合并后项目与整合等领域的专家，业务专长包括颠覆性创新、新科技与数字化转型等。自2001年加入罗兰贝格起，常博逸先生历任大中华区总裁兼执行合伙人、全球首席运营官等要职，为欧洲、亚洲和其他地区的诸多国际领先企业与组织提供咨询服务。2014年6月，常博逸先生被全体合伙人推选为罗兰贝格企业管理公司全球首席执行官。
CEIBS Master Class has invited Mr. Charles-Edouard Bouée to deliver a speech on this topic. Mr. Bouée is the CEO of Roland Berger and also responsible for the firm's Asia business. He is a seasoned expert in reorganization, post-merger projects and integration programs and specializes in disruptive innovation, new technologies and digital transformation. Mr. Bouée joined Roland Berger in 2001 and assumed critical positions including President and Managing Partner of China office and COO. He has fulfilled consulting mandates for leading international companies and organizations based in Europe, Asia and elsewhere. He was elected CEO of Roland Berger by the partnership in June 2014.
常博逸先生是欧洲、中国与美国的一系列商业与社会组织的成员。2012年，上海市政府授予常博逸先生白玉兰荣誉奖，以表彰其杰出的领导才能以及他对上海经济社会发展所做出的积极贡献。2017年，常博逸先生被授予法国荣誉军团骑士勋章。 今年初，常博逸先生受邀担任中欧国际工商学院国际顾问委员会成员。
Mr. Bouée is involved in various business and community organizations in Europe, China and the US. In 2012, the Shanghai government presented him with the Magnolia Gold Award in recognition of his outstanding leadership and services to the city's economic development. In 2017, he was made Chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He sits on the CEIBS International Advisory Board, providing consulting advices for the CEIBS Management Committee on school’s strategy, talent development, academic research and community service.
常博逸先生创作了诸多关于现代管理的开创性著作，包括《中国的管理革命：精神、土地、能量》、《孔子与自动化》等。其《轻足迹管理》一书，为管理人员提供系统方法，帮助他们在经济与地缘政治状况日益具有挑战性的环境中取得成功。
Mr. Charles-Edouard Bouée has authored a number of groundbreaking books on modern management, such as China's Management Revolution – Spirit, Land, Energy and Confucius et les automates. His book Light Footprint Management is an informative guide for managers on how companies can successfully navigate the growing challenges of an ever more uncertain world, both economically and geopolitically.
